Tritech is looking for a talented, experienced Software Engineer that is passionate about mentoring and coding and wants to join us as we embark on developing our next-generation Premium Tax Platform. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about using technology to solve real-world business problems. The candidate will participate in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications as well as mentoring/teaching other programmers. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
The holder of this position will be responsible for leading the programming team at TriTech in creating software solutions that meet the needs of our external clients and internal users. The candidate should be an expert problem solver with a broad technical background and experience with solving diverse technical challenges. In addition to a strong technical acumen, the candidate should possess strong communication skills, effective in working with team members from the various organizations within TriTech.
The system administrator is a member of a team that supports the entire organization and has a general knowledge of computer software, hardware and networks. Duties can vary from helping design, organize, modify, and support our system infrastructure to day-to-day tasks including end user support, password resets, and maintaining and provisioning hardware. TriTech is seeking someone who is excited about being part of the company, its mission and values, but also driven to grow and learn new skills to stay and grow with the company. A solid understanding of Active Directory and Windows is essential, with base level knowledge of Linux and Citrix. A base level knowledge of GCP a plus.
As part of the product development team, the Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business and documenting its systems and processes. They will be responsible for creating and capturing requirements, tracking changes, identifying risks and issues for escalation, and monitoring and reporting on work and progress. They will serve as intermediary between technical teams and product owners, outlining the needs of the business, ensuring the software is designed, developed and delivered to meet those needs.
