The TriTech digital transformation has begun.

Our theme this year has been Growth and Change. We have been setting the stage, upgrading our development and deployment environments, incorporating best practices, and adding automation where we can—all to ensure that our next platform is more secure, resilient, and agile than ever before. We have also made, and continue to make, significant progress in upgrading and securing our infrastructure.  

We are certifying our business continuity; and we are enhancing our backup and disaster recovery strategies. That’s not all. We have started a software re-platforming process for our TriTech applications. This new platform, called Stratus, will be the new home for our digital family of Premium Pro products.

We are currently in the process of selecting a robust ERP solution to help us more effectively and efficiently manage our back-office processes so we can better serve you. We are also working through the development and launch timelines for our Stratus software suite (see more below). We are excited about the technological improvements that lay an important foundation for our core products that follow. Our desire is to create efficient transition plans that streamline the migration from one system to the next, making it as easy as possible for our clients to make their future move to Stratus. While there have been adjustments to our timeline, we also recognize that quality always comes first! As always, our top priority is to ensure each product lives up to the standards we have based our company on.

We are excited about all the growth and change happening at TriTech. TriTech Services Celebrates 15 Years

THANK YOU - 15 years ago, in 2006, TriTech expanded its business model to offer a comprehensive Premium Tax support system to our clients. And so the TriTech Services journey began, with just one client that had five companies. And now, over these past 15 years, we are so excited to reflect on how TriTech Services influence has expanded to 76 clients and 235 companies. There are so many great teams that we are privileged to be a part of!

As it already was with our software products, our desire was to make the complex simple, bring excellence to the details, and push ahead with a sense of urgency. Valuing people and developing interpersonal connections remained the foundation for our service. So many of you have made a lasting impact on us both personally and professionally. As we are reminded in this season to be thankful, we want each of you to know how much we appreciate you. We value your trust in us and are grateful for the opportunity you have given us to serve you.

As our world changes, we know that personalized service is increasingly important to you. Our commitment continues to remain the same - people serving people. Thank you for an incredible 15 years, and as we look forward to the future, we are excited about even more opportunities to help each of you accomplish your objectives and reach your goals.

Stratus Update

This fall we started rolling out the Stratus software suite, beginning with the launch of our first product, our Kentucky API webservice Stratus Agent. We are actively working with our Agent customers to ensure a successful transition. As we look to 2022 and beyond, we will continue to refine our launch timelines for additional Stratus software products including FormsPlus, Premium Tax, Municipal Tax, and Allocator. We are excited about the expanded potential of our new Stratus platform and look forward to sharing opportunities as each product launch gets closer. We will keep you informed along the way so keep an eye out for our Stratus Product Update communications.

Extended Support

We're here to help you. Our extended support hours will be starting soon so that we can support you throughout the long hours of tax season. As you may know, one of our core values is a Passion for Old Fashioned Service, and we want to demonstrate that to you with our fantastic support folks who are real people-- not robots. They're experts when it comes to our software and will be able to answer the questions you might have. Give us a call this tax season!

TriTech Serves

TriTech strives to give back more each and every year. This year we are on track to give over $400,000.00 to many worthy causes. We also donate our time and pray for those who need it most. During these uncertain times, our communities need more support than ever. We match donations to several charities. If you choose to give a donation, be sure to share your receipt with us . We will match donations dollar for dollar!

We continued to serve the senior citizens in our community through Meals on Wheels and we helped give foster children a week of fun at Royal Kids Camp again. We also added more volunteer opportunities and the TriTech family came through! All Community Outreach is a an organization helping the underserved population of Collin County with food, clothing, and other needs. We serve each week in any way needed. We have also begun volunteering with Feed My Starving Children whose goal is to feed undernourished children around the world. We also served at a school carnival for Allen ISD and Tinkers and Thinkers to help kids engage in S.T.E.M. disciplines. The TriTech family is enjoying serving together and making a difference!

We sent a team to partner with Convoy of Hope at Rockaway Beach in Missouri. Don’t let the name fool you. Though once a thriving resort town, it has since been broken by poverty and substance abuse. A pastor with a vision to restore this hurting community has been working to empower the people once again by investing in their community. Our team worked (and worked hard) to assist with reconstruction efforts. Apparently they had enough energy left over at the end of the day to play in some competitive card games. There is some speculation the President of TriTech, Robby McCollom, may have been cheating as his continuous winning streak proved suspicious. All joking aside, the team was blessed serving together in this way and they all expressed how inspired they were by the pastor’s hard work, dedication, and vision.
