General Information

This form functions the same as the General Information form found in the Premium Tax module and includes many of the same fields.  In addition to the fields found in Premium Tax, it includes fields for the Vice President and additional Annual Statement Balance Sheet Numbers (Total Liabilities and Surplus).

Any data entered or modified on the General Information form will automatically transfer to all active forms after you click the Save icon located on the toolbar. The General Information will also automatically transfer from year to year.
