Copy or Copy With Headers
The Copy function may be used to copy selected text to the clipboard
from any report. It does not copy the Municipal Boundary or Statistics
report. The Copy with Headers function can be used when you want
to include the column headers for each field selected.
To copy selected fields from a report:
To select fields:
- Click the left mouse button and drag the mouse to select all fields
you want to copy.
- Or click the left mouse button while holding Ctrl key allows you
to select non-contiguous rows. (Use this method if you want to select
data from non-contiguous rows).
To copy fields:
- Select Copy or Copy with Headers from the Edit
menu
- Or press Ctrl+C (will not copy headers).
To copy selected rows from a report:
To select rows:
- Click the left mouse button and drag the mouse to select all rows
you want to copy by clicking on the row header.
- Or Click the left mouse button while holding Ctrl key to select
non-contiguous rows.
To copy rows:
- Select Copy or Copy with Headers from the Edit
menu
- Or right mouse click on the selected rows to Copy or Copy with
Headers.
- Or press Ctrl+C (will not copy headers).
To copy entire report:
To select entire report:
- Click on the top left row header
- Or choose Select All from the edit menu
- Or press Ctrl+A
To copy report:
- Select Copy or Copy With Headers from the Edit
menu
- Or Perform a right-click with the mouse and select Copy or Copy
with Headers.
- Or press Ctrl+C (will not copy headers).
