To quickly access menu functions, click the appropriate button on the standard toolbar.
The zoom, pan, and select buttons are only visible when the Municipal Boundary map is loaded.

Open
The Open command on the File menu opens a report file that has been created by Premium Pro Allocator after processing the premiums. Report files use the extension .alo.
The Print function can be used to print allocation reports, statistical reports, and municipal boundary maps.
Find Policy
The Find Policy utility can be used to quickly locate a policy within a report or municipal boundary, without having to manually search for it.
Quick Filter
If you want to reduce the number of policies listed in any report, you may use the quick filter to screen out unwanted policies. The quick filter can be used on any standard or custom report. It can even be used on another filtered report. The quick filter allows you to restrict the policies displayed based on the following key fields: Policy Number, Match Description, Jurisdiction Assigned to, Company Code, Misc 1, Premium Type, Source Premiums, and Premiums.
Load Municipal Boundaries for this Report
Click this button to load a map of municipal boundaries for each state. These maps illustrate the location of each matched address in relation to municipal boundaries.
Load Custom Report
The Load Custom Report button opens the most recently accessed custom report. To select a different custom report, click the dropdown arrow next to the icon.
Allocate on Agent Address
The Allocate on Agent Address button is only enabled for South Carolina. For South Carolina you can process a file which includes two sets of addresses. One address that represents the insured risk and one address that represents the agent writing the policy. When the non-taxable report is loaded, you may reallocate the policy to the agent address. For more information, please see Appendix C and Appendix E.
Close All Opened Tabs
The Close All Opened Tabs button is used to close all open reports, the municipal boundary, and statistics reports.
Copy
The Copy function may be used to copy selected text to the clipboard from any report. It does not copy the Municipal Boundary or Statistics report. The Copy with Headers function can be used when you want to include the column headers for each field selected.
Zoom In
The Zoom In tool is only available when the Municipal Boundary is displayed. By selecting this tool, then clicking on the map, the viewable area of the map can be decreased.
Zoom Out
The Zoom Out tool is only available when the Municipal Boundary is displayed. By selecting this tool, then clicking on the map, the viewable area of the map can be increased.
Pan
The Pan tool is only available when the Municipal Boundary map is displayed. By selecting this tool, then clicking and dragging on the map, the viewable area of the map can be repositioned.
Select
The select tool is only available when the Municipal Boundary is displayed. By selecting this tool and clicking on the map, address or boundaries on the map can be selected. Tool tips will display address information or Municipal/County names. Policy addresses will be displayed in the top left hand corner of the Municipal Boundary.
Help
The Help menu provides several ways to get assistance with all of the functions and options available in Premium Pro Allocator, including software version information, version history, and field reference.
