User Passwords

Any user can change their password by going to the Tools Menu and selecting Change User Password.

The new password must meet the minimum requirements. If it does not, the follow error message will be displayed.

Also, if the Enterprise Administrator enforces enhanced security settings by requiring users to regularly change their passwords, you will be required to change your password before logging into the software once your current password expires.

The new password cannot be the same as your current password, and it must meet the minimum requirements above.

Forgot Password

You have five attempts to log in to Enterprise before your account is locked. After five failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 15 minutes before you can try again.

If you forget your password, you can click on the 'forgot password' link on the Enterprise login screen for help. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password. You will then be required to reset your password the next time you log in to Enterprise.

Password Security

Admin users may set password restrictions in the Administrator Options.
