The New command on the File menu allows you to create a report file. The report files will use the extension .alo
After selecting New, you can select Process File or Empty File. Select Process File if you have an ASCII file you are ready to process. Follow the directions on the Process Premiums topic to process an ASCII file.
Select Empty File to create a report file that contains no records. You may insert individual addresses by expanding any state in the Report Finder tree and going to the Tools menu and then selecting Process>Insert Single Address. You may also add addresses to the empty file by later processing an ASCII file. To do so, go to the File Menu then select Append Data to Existing ALO file.
