Our Stratus platform continues to expand, bringing enhanced speed, accessibility, and new features to our clients.
We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait for you to experience the full power of Stratus!
At TriTech Software, we understand how critical continued access to historical data is for your organization. Our Client Success team is ready to assist you in migrating 2023 and 2024 tax years for Premium and FormsPlus into Stratus.
Self-Hosted Clients
You have full control over your data, and all historical records can be printed to PDF or exported from your databases. Additionally, we are preparing a white paper and help guide outlining best practices and alternative options for storing past years’ application data.
Hosted Clients
Your historical data will remain accessible even after your migration from our hosted environment (Citrix) to Stratus. After your official migration, you will continue to have real-time access to your hosted environment for an initial transition period of approximately six months. Following that, your data will be moved to “cool storage,” allowing retrieval within 24 hours upon request, ensuring long-term accessibility.
We are still finalizing some details, but rest assured, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to provide a seamless transition while ensuring you have the resources needed for premium tax compliance. If you have any questions, please reach out—we’re happy to help!
We are excited to be working with all our TriTech clients to help convert you to Stratus. We would like to introduce you to our new client success team: Cynthia Stump-Cawthorn, Hanna Haobsh, Magy Khalifa, and Darien Williams. Their goal is to help make your move to Stratus as easy as possible.
They will be reaching out to all of our clients to have you verify the account, company and user information that you would like us to build in Stratus. Once your MSA has been signed, we will be able to activate your users and allow you to begin dual platforming.
In addition to Stratus, they are also acting as your support team for the existing Hosting platform. If you have any question about the migration process, please email us at stratussupport@tritechsoft.com.
Here at TriTech, we are excited about our future with TriTech Stratus! As this transition moves forward, we are committed to keeping you informed each step of the way. As it relates to our software sales renewals and licensing, here are a few details we want to share with you.
While we recognize change can be challenging, we are very excited about the potential in TriTech Stratus to improve your premium tax experience for years to come. We appreciate all of you very much and ready to serve in any way we can.
Starting in 2023, TriTech began the process of working with our clients to transition over to our new Software MSA. This new MSA combines and replaces our prior Software LA, Hosting Agreement and Allocator Agreements, in preparation for our move to Stratus. We are excited to announce that, to date, over 50% of our existing clients have moved to the new Software MSA, making them eligible to begin the conversion process to Stratus. For those clients that have not signed the Software MSA, we look forward to getting this new MSA signed. For clients that are currently using Allocator, please be aware that we do need to get this contract signed prior to June due to the sunsetting of the product on its legacy platform. While the final date for Allocator On-Prem is rapidly approaching, we are here to work with you to help get the contractual process completed. Transitioning to the new platform for TriTech Premium Pro: TriTech Stratus.
As we transition to our new platform, Stratus, we will be sunsetting our Premium Pro Enterprise products throughout this year. You will be able to continue using legacy products until you transition, but we encourage you to pay close attention to the sunset dates we provide to ensure accurate tax filings. Our team is here to support a smooth transition, and you should reach out to your CSR with any questions. Stay tuned for updates on specific product timelines.
