This year our company theme was Elevate. We wanted to elevate our perspective, elevate our dreams, and elevate our attitude. We wanted to not just look at how things are, but look at how they could be. In order to elevate in this kind of way, we needed to stop thinking about why ideas will not work and instead consider each one to be possible.
People who think “possible” not only create forward-looking, optimistic visions of the future in their own minds, but also in the minds of others. When you think “possible” and trust God for success, your faith becomes the energizing force. Believing that you can never guarantees that you will, but believing that you can’t always guarantees that you won't!
THANK YOU - Valuing our clients as people, not just customers, is still at the core of our software and service. So many of you have impacted us both personally and professionally. As the holiday season approaches, we are reminded to regularly reflect on all the blessings we are grateful for, we want each of you to know how much we appreciate you. We value your trust in us and are grateful for the opportunity you have given us to serve you.
As many of you know, earlier this year we officially launched our Client Loyalty Initiative. We’ve already enjoyed getting to show our appreciation in this new way with many of you, and we hope you’ve felt the gratitude on your end as well. If we haven’t yet got to you, please know you’re not forgotten, and we will soon!

The Result: With much grit, determination, blisters, sore backs and knees, the team scraped up that very stubborn floor and replaced it with the new one. Not only did they replace the toilet and vanity, they replaced & improved the maze of plumbing fixtures and pipes. That room full of unknown supplies? It looked like a grocery store complete with aisles for easy locating. The team went above and beyond the scope of work by painting interior trim and repairing siding & painting the exterior where needed. And to top things off, they even organized more rooms. As always, the TriTech Team blows it out of the water!
The Blessing: As always, these trips bond the people involved. We get lots of time to get to know each other better. We work hard, laugh, and share in the experience of making a difference for others. We always say it, but we will say it again: Though we set out to bless others, we always feel like we were the ones truly blessed!
Well, the team made it back from Plato, MO and lived to tell about it! This was our most challenging work trip to date in some ways, but also one of our most victorious. We took one of our largest teams including some new faces!
The Team: Robby, Chris, Brandon, Miranda, Karen & Doug (hubby), Selena & Michael (hubby), Joyce, Zac, and Julie Aye (Convoy of Hope).
The Church: This was a new Life360 church plant led by Pastor Kevin Larsen and wife along with their son & daughter-in-law who had a newborn baby girl. This family had a beautiful vision for how to serve the small community of Plato, MO whose residents often fall within the poverty line.
We had an amazing Advisory meeting in Denver, CO this summer. We always desire to create a better experience for you, so we chose that for our theme this year: Elevate! This year, we built in time to explore our host city in small groups, and we had a great time. We were able to see, walk, and taste the best of the city. Our goal with Advisory is to connect and learn what we can do to elevate the TriTech experience for all. We appreciate everyone who was able to attend and share their software insight.
Next year, we will be in Charleston, SC the week of June 18th. We look forward to seeing you in Charleston in 2024!
