Return Instructions

To review the return instructions, open a return and then click the Return Instructions icon on the far right side of your screen. If there are no instructions for the return that is currently open, there will be a red X through the return instructions icon.

You may also go to the Help menu and select Return Instructions or press Ctrl + R while a return is open and this will bring up the appropriate state instructions as well.

Printing Return Instructions

You have the option to print the return instructions each time you print from the Print Menu.

To print the instructions only once in a single print job: Go to File> Print>Options tab and check the Return Instructions option. If you would like to print return instructions for multiple states, select the appropriate jurisdictions from the Print tab when the Return Instructions option is selected.

To print Return Instructions automatically every time you print: Go to Tools>Options>Printing Options tab and check the Return Instructions checkbox. This will save the option so that the Return Instructions always print without having to check the box manually each time.
