As we enter the final months of 2025, we find ourselves in a season of both reflection and anticipation. This year has been extraordinary (TriTech’s 30th year!) and our theme, Celebrate, has been alive throughout every corner of TriTech. From product advancements to client partnerships to community service, we are grateful for the many ways we’ve been able to celebrate milestones together.
At TriTech, our mission has always been to connect and make a difference. That guiding principle continues to shape how we serve you, innovate for the future, and care for people. It’s because of your trust and partnership that we can mark three decades of service to the insurance industry with gratitude and excitement for what’s ahead.
Stratus Update & Transition Information
2025 has been a pivotal year for the Stratus Platform, our next-generation suite of solutions designed to simplify processes, improve accuracy, and give you powerful tools to succeed. Allocator, Municipal, FormsPlus, and Premium are all moving forward in Stratus with important milestones and feature releases.
Our goal remains the same: a fully cloud-based experience for all clients. With migrations well underway, new states, modules and features being added, and scheduled into 2026, Stratus is steadily becoming the new standard. If you haven’t yet begun exploring Stratus for your team, now is a great time to connect with your Client Service Representative to learn more about the transition.

Below you will find the dedicated leaders who guide each of our support areas: Premium Tax, Municipal Tax, Client Success, and our Client Services Representatives.
We’re also excited to introduce three of our team leaders. Their expertise and fresh perspectives will strengthen our support areas and help us continue delivering the service you count on.
Selena is the Municipal Product Manager and a Ministry Team member. Building on her experience as a Tax Services Manager, Selena is responsible for product strategy for Stratus Agent API, Allocator Pro, FormsPlus, and Municipal Pro. She ensures product compliance, performance, as well as client support and fostering relationships with our ministry partners. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in sharing the message of love and faith, alongside cherishing precious moments with her grandchildren.
Hayden is the Assistant Product Manager for Stratus Premium at TriTech Software. He supports the development team by prioritizing enhancements, assisting with testing, and staying connected with our clients to help deliver the best possible Premium product. Outside of work, Hayden and his wife spend most of their time chasing their toddler, and he enjoys getting out on the golf course whenever possible.
Faith is a Tax Services Assistant Manager at TriTech Services. In her role, she is responsible for preparing, overseeing, and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns and other related filings. As an assistant manager, she is a client contact point and also assists with training new hires. Beyond work, Faith likes to spend time with her niece, playing disc golf, being outside, and baking.

Speaking of Prayer, we had our largest National Day of Prayer Event yet in 2025! We invited community leaders from the influential spheres of Government, Business, Education, Military/First Responders, Media, Church & Family. Our heart is to grow this event into a widespread community event bonding leaders and citizens under a unified vision to support and pray for our community.
We had such a great time in Frisco, TX for this year’s Advisory! The time we spent hearing your feedback was truly invaluable, and we are so grateful to everyone who joined us. We hope you felt the time invested was well worth it. Beyond the business side, it was wonderful to connect face-to-face, catch up, and make new friends. From being in the home of the Dallas Cowboys to enjoying line dancing and some amazing BBQ, it was an experience we won’t forget.
Next year, we will be in Indianapolis, IN the week of June 22nd. We look forward to seeing you in Indy in 2026!
