Position Overview

The Onboarding and Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for new clients and existing clients as they transition to our new platform. This position focuses on guiding clients through the onboarding process, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals with our solutions.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Duties and responsibilities:• Handles onboarding (setup and configuration) and updating of accounts
    • Provides support to clients during and after their onboarding to Stratus
    • Aids with technical assistance, including the creation of help files, training materials, help tickets, and user stories
    • Provides proactive customer outreach
    • Provides exemplary customer services- including phone and email support- while maintaining a professional and lasting relationship
    • Serves as a liaison between end users and various teams within the company
    • Assists in database migration tasks, data entry, and occasional reporting
    • Contributes to process and software feature enhancements
    • Meets deadlines and commitments
    • Performs other duties as needed or required

·   Configure, monitor and support alterations to client’s software selections

·   Troubleshoot issues to ensure successful adoption of software and continued product use

·   Collaborate with clients and departments to meet current needs

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Education and Experience – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Knowledge of tax principles or experience working with financial applications a plus
• Knowledge of user experience and customer service a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Detail oriented
• Dependable
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Some work outside normal business hours and some weekends required
• When necessary or required, deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
