Position Overview
The Onboarding and Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for new clients and existing clients as they transition to our new platform. This position focuses on guiding clients through the onboarding process, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals with our solutions.

· Configure, monitor and support alterations to client’s software selections · Troubleshoot issues to ensure successful adoption of software and continued product use · Collaborate with clients and departments to meet current needs
